His work with IBM midrange enterprise resource planning (ERP) packages – BPCS, JD Edwards, MAC-PAC, HFA (Herb Friedman & Associates), PRMS, etc. – has built his reputation as a an expert in building and developing the teams that manage an organization’s critical business systems. Bob has an MBA in Technology and Innovation Management from the Stuart school of Business at Illinois Institute of Technology.
